Carrie Freyn has over 10 years experience as a yacht chef and over 20 years as a chef, working with renowned chefs such as Jeremiah Tower and Ken Hom.

She understands the quality required by demanding yacht chefs, owners and guests. She works closely with the yacht chef and interior crew insuring that they get what they want when they want it. Her complete hands on involvement from order inception to delivery guarantees satisfaction for every order.

Carrie works with wholesalers on island as well as local grocers, farmers and fishermen. She is also able to airship directly from Whole Foods in F t. Lauderdale to St. Thomas. She can find whatever you need!
